This personalised 10k 10, 14, 16 training plan starts from £25 and will take you from your current fitness level to race day ready! This plan will be personalised to your specific needs and lifestyle. Depending how much of a build up you need, will determine how the plan is constructed. We recommend a more experienced runner would be more suited to a 10 week plan and a first time marathoner to go for a longer build up of 14 - 16 weeks.
